The email must contain the full name of the person who placed the order on the website, the name of the product, the
reason for the exchange, the name + size of the product you want in exchange and whatsapp number for more direct communication.

However, pay attention to the following rules:

– The product must have all accessories, all labels attached and no signs of use.

– You must send all items in the exchange request.

– The product must be returned in its original packaging.

– The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it, without being damaged or
used.

Upon receipt of your message, we will contact you to send you the product shipping label with one of our partner carriers.

Primordial777 is responsible for all costs of the first exchange of its products. However, the
From the second shipment of the same order, the consumer will be responsible for paying shipping.

After approval of the quality analysis, the item(s) will be shipped to the same delivery address as the original order with the delivery time referring to your zip code.

How will the exchange be carried out?

Upon receipt of the product, it will be checked and, if it is in perfect condition, the new product will be shipped within a period of up to 3 (three) business days, if the customer has already chosen.

If there is a difference in value, the new product will be sent after payment.

If the customer has not chosen a new product, an exchange code will be generated with the value that will be used in the shopping cart in the Discount Coupon field. Term of use: 1 (one) year.

General observations

In all cases of exchange, products must be returned to the store with:

– Inside the original packaging

– With all labels (composition, sizes, tags affixed to the piece)

– There is no sign of use, bad smell, damage or damage to the piece.

We kindly ask you to carefully analyze the parts before sending them for exchange. Our analysis is extremely rigorous and if the part is not intact, the exchange will not be carried out. Exchange in case of manufacturing defect

In case of manufacturing defect, the exchange must be requested by email.

In this case, we will request the details of the defect and photos of the product so that we can make a pre-analysis of the defect and thus pass on the guidelines.
